Policy of Plagiarism Detection
Energy Sustainability is committed to maintaining academic integrity and preventing plagiarism in scholarly publications. All submitted manuscripts may be checked for similarity using plagiarism detection tools, such as Turnitin. As a general guideline, manuscripts should have an acceptable similarity level, preferably not exceeding 20%, excluding references, commonly used technical terms, and properly quoted or cited text. Manuscripts with excessive similarity, plagiarism, improper citation, or unattributed use of sources may be rejected or returned to the authors for correction before further editorial processing. Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and the proper citation of all sources.
The journal does not tolerate plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, data falsification, or improper citation practices.
